  • How can I find my hosting control panel login?

    This information is typically included in the welcome email you received when you signed up for hosting. If you’re unsure, visit your hosting provider’s home page or give them a call.

  • What information do I need to provide in order to use your service?

    To work with us, we require your WordPress Admin credentials. In some cases, we might need your FTP credentials but we’ll let you know.

  • Do I have to change web hosting providers?

  • Do you support multi-site WordPress installs?

    Due to the variable nature of multi-site installations, WordPress Multisite is not included in our packages. However, if you have a multi-site installation, we can support you through a customized retainer that suits your needs. Please contact us for more details.

  • What happens if my site breaks after an update?

    We have a very strict process when time comes to update a site. We first backup all our sites, then proceed with the updates and finally, perform a walk through in order to make sure that it is up and running. However, no process is foolproof. Whatever the problem is, we will work with you to bring your site back to life.

    We will spend up to one (1) hour troubleshooting and fixing the issue. If we cannot fix the problem within that time, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost to resolve the issue. You decide how you want to move forward. At any time, we can roll back to an older version to keep your site running normally while we asses the situation.
